Coloring can relax you by making you focus on one thing only (one that is not a life issue), breathe normally, and let your imagination soar. All of these aspects will create a calm and relaxing environment, and in the end, you will have a beautiful piece of art you created from your personal struggles and strengths; or just for fun!
